Type Description

The holder product range enables the installation of 120 mm long analytical probes (pH/ORP/conductivity) or chlorine sensors etc., on a tank or process pipework and covers universal applications as well as water treatment, food & beverage and pharmaceutical applications. This product range includes a variety of process connections for general purpose, hygienic holders and transparent one-piece holders for multiple measurements. The general holders are available with or without a protective rod. The hygienic variants are also available with or without a protective rod or pipe and can be welded on directly or used for a 2" (DN 50/40) connection, suitable for VARINLINE process connections from GEA Tuchenhagen. The special transparent, one-piece holder (so-called analysis measurement chambers) can accommodate one or more probes and sensors, depending on the variant. Depending on the application, the holder can be used for steam sterilisation, autoclaving, CIP cleaning, to save space, to position the probe according to the flow of the medium or for installation in vertical pipes, but can also be equipped with a Pt1000 temperature sensor. Analysis measurement chambers are available for special process integration. Due to their transparent surface, they allow visualisation of the liquid flow and ensure optimum measuring conditions. The single-position analysis measurement chamber is designed for use with the Type 8232 chlorine sensor; the analysis measurement chambers with three or four positions enable the simultaneous measurement of several parameters (chlorine, temperature and pH/Redox/conductivity). Two of the slots are always for temperature and chlorine sensors while the others are for other analysis probes. The three-slot analysis measurement chamber is available in a cold or hot water version.
